2012 Workshop Programme
The workshop programme is designed to provide the opportunity for members to be involved in the research programme and also to be updated on relevant issues of interest to them.
Centre meetings will typically include expert presentations, practitioner briefings and working sessions. The 2012 schedule is as follows:

2012 Annual Conference
The 7th Annual Conference of the Henley Centre for Customer Management will be held at the Henley Business School on October 18th, 2012.
